Grow X is a digital marketing, AI automation and web development agency based in Alexandria, Egypt. This policy covers this website only.

For anything in this policy, write to info@grow-x.co.

We collect two kinds of information: what you send us deliberately, and what the site records while it runs.

• What you send us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, the service you are interested in, how you heard about us, and whatever you write in the message field.
• What the site records: the page you submitted from, the approximate time, and a one-way fingerprint of your network address used only to limit abuse of the form.
• If you use the assistant: the messages you type or speak, and the answers it gives.

The assistant remembers a conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself. It does this with a random identifier stored in your own browser, not with a cookie and not with anything that names you.

Nothing personal is encoded in that identifier, we cannot reconstruct it, and clearing your browser's site data erases it.

If you volunteer details in the conversation, such as your industry or your city, those are stored alongside it so the answers stay relevant. If you ask to be contacted, what you enter in the form reaches our team the same way the contact page does.

Spoken messages are transcribed. The transcript is kept; the audio is not stored.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To keep the contact form usable by blocking automated abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, which services people ask about most.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

When the assistant answers, your message is sent to the AI provider configured for this site so it can generate a reply. Providers process the request on our behalf and under their own terms.

Our email is delivered through a mail service so that replies reach you reliably.

This site does not run advertising trackers or social pixels.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about them, and for our own records afterwards.

Anonymous assistant conversations are deleted automatically once they have been inactive for a year. A conversation that became an enquiry is kept with that enquiry.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@grow-x.co and we will confirm in writing once it is done.

You can erase the assistant's memory of you yourself, at any time, by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Enquiries are stored on the site's own server and are visible only to signed-in members of our team.

Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and are never sent to a browser.

If this site starts doing something new with your information, this page is updated before that happens, and the review date above changes.
